Our clinic is located at 10126 97 Ave #201, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 7X6. South facing windows provide beautiful natural light and our space is set up in consideration of the comfort and sensory needs of our clients. Krystal Psychology is an inclusive space and we welcome and support the unique identities of all our clients. We can adjust temperature, lighting, seating, sounds, textiles, or other sensory aspects to allow for your comfort. Creating a sensory friendly space is important to us, please let us know how we can be supportive of your needs and comfort. It is important for both assessment and counselling that clients feel comfortable and that their sensory needs can be supported. We attempt to be a low scent or scent free space, as much as possible.

During assessments, we can adjust timelines and breaks as needed to support clients needs. Please let us know of any specific mobility, sensory, or other preferences.

Please note that we are located on the second floor and our building does not have an elevator. There are two staircases and a long hallway. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and aim to create an inclusive space for all our clients. Should this create a barrier to access, please let us know and we can attempt to find an alternative barrier free assessment space.

Plenty of free public parking is available in front of our building in our attached parking lot. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, as other clients may be leaving and may appreciate discretion and confidentiality. Please follow the stairs to the right, we share an office with JBA Medical/Drivercheck. There is a small waiting room at the top of the stairs. Please remove all outdoor shoes at the entrance or on the mat in our office. We try to keep our space clean for your safety and comfort. I will come to get you in the waiting room at the time of your appointment. Our office is located at the end of the hallway.
